CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
We will do our best to help you with your order requests, however not all types of orders can be modified or cancelled. We may be able to modify or cancel your Swatch Order if it has not been shipped or scheduled to be shipped. Please contact us for assistance.
However, we are unable to modify or cancel any other fabric orders (Including Bulk Orders). We're really quick at notifying our vendors which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Once the fabric is cut, we unfortunately are not able to modify or cancel the order
RETURNS
All yardblox fabric sales are final. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defected or faulty (exchange only), this includes any incorrect purchases or if you decide you no longer want the fabric order, we are unable to offer a refund. The majority of our fabrics are limited quantity and are custom cut based on each order requirement, therefore we are unable to provide a refund for this reason.
Please follow the care instructions as outlined on the Fabric Care page as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly. Please note, once dispatched, the courier is responsible for the delivery. Yardblox is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier to help you with the problem as best as possible.
At Yardblox, we are put a lot of effort on quality control and all products are inspected before shipping to our customers. In the unlikely event that your fabric is faulty or defected, please go to our Quality Control page, and see whether your fabric condition is categorized as a major defect*.
We are happy to exchange your item if any major defects exist, however no refunds can be processed, ONLY EXCHANGES for the same SKU and quantity. Please send us email at hello@yardblox.com and include your order number along with photos & videos of your fabric inspection and details of the quality issue. Please ensure to contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and our customer service team will get back to you within 2 business days. If it is agreed that the fabric is defective, Yardblox will pay for the exchange shipping charges. However, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Yardblox will only process the exchange if the products:
- Have not been handled, washed, maintaining their original features
- The packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages are not considered damaged)
- Have not been adulterated
- Maintain the original identification label
*Major Defect: A defect severe enough, if exposed, would cause the end item to be a second***.
Yardblox will only process item exchange if the fabric contains any major defects.
**Minor Defect: An imperfection that may or may not cause a second, depending upon its location in the end item and/or its chance of being lost in fabrication.
***A “second” is a garment with a conspicuous defect that affects the salability or serviceability of the item.
