SWATCH ORDER

Every account holder can order up to 20* free swatches per month. We highly encourage our customers to order swatches before any fabric order, therefore we offer the swatches free of charge, so you can focus more on getting the right fabric you need and have the best sense of color, weight, texture, stretch and hand-feel. All you will have to do is pay for the shipping cost. 

*Customers can order 10 x swatches of their own choice plus 1 x of our swatch bundle pack which consist of 10 swatches picked by the Yardblox team.

In order to get the feel of the “hand”, we will usually ship Solids with a larger “Fabric Hand” sample along with the Color Chip(s) of your choice. For patterned fabrics, the swatch will be bigger in order to look at the patterning, and there will not be a separate Fabric Hand sample included. 

 

Our Swatches may vary in size as they are cut in-house by hand:

Fabric Hand*: from 1” x 3” to 4” x 6” (from 3.5cm x 7cm to 10cm x 14cm)

Color Chip: from 1” x 1” to 2” x 2” (from 2cm x 2.6cm to 5cm x 6cm)

 

*The Fabric Hand may not be the exact swatch color you requested as this is just a “Hand” sample for you to feel and test the fabric, while the Color Chip(s) will reflect on your actual swatch selection. The majority of our Fabric Hand size is around 4” x 6” (10cm x 14cm) with only few exceptions may be smaller.

While we strive to describe our fabrics with meticulous detail and showcase their textures through videos, we acknowledge the limitations of digital representation. Varying monitor and mobile color display settings across different devices can lead to discrepancies. Moreover, the fabric's appearance can be influenced by different lighting sources, such as daylight, LED, or fluorescent bulbs. By ordering swatches, you can rest assured knowing that you'll experience the true color. 

Informed Decision-Making 
We know that as fashion designers, you have distinct visions and unique requirements. Ordering multiple fabric samples at once grants you the ability to compare and contrast various materials. Feel the texture, drape, and stretch firsthand.

FABRIC ORDER

All of our fashion fabrics can be ordered from as low as 1 yard / 0.91 Meters.

Our trusted vendors maintain a wide range of items in their inventory, most of which come with stock services. This ensures that these products are available for small orders and can be processed quickly. However, if the specific item you order is not currently in stock, our vendors will initiate the production of a new batch to fulfill your request. Please note that due to the unavailability of real-time stock information, we cannot guarantee whether your order will be processed using existing stock or through production.

The processing time for your order takes into account the possibility of producing a new batch. In the event that the processing time exceeds the previously communicated timeframe, we will seek confirmation from you before proceeding further. 

If, by any chance, the ordered product is unable to be reproduced (e.g., surplus fabric or discontinued items), our customer service team will provide you with a replacement link and all the necessary details. Should you decline the replacement, a refund will be issued for the corresponding amount. It's important to note that only the product that is out of stock will be refunded, not the entire order amount. However, if you choose to accept the replacement, the price difference between the replacement and the original product will be refunded or charged accordingly.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed on the same day or the next working day. Processing times are based on each product and the stock status. 

• For in-stock items:      3 business days
• Re-ordered items:       7 business days
• Bulk order items:         Dependent on each order

Please note that orders placed during high season, sales period or national holidays may take an additional 1 - 2 business days to process. If your order is time sensitive, please email info@yardblox.com and we will do our best to rush it through. Your order will be shipped after payment confirmation*, and you will receive an email with tracking information. 

*If the payment is not confirmed or if there is non-compliance with the general terms and conditions, Yardblox reserves the right not to accept your order, or to cancel it in whole or part, even after automatic confirmation.

The approximate transit times can be calculated by adding "Processing Days" + "Shipping Days".

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

We will do our best to help you with your order requests, however not all types of orders can be modified or cancelled. We may be able to modify or cancel your Swatch Order if it has not been shipped or scheduled to be shipped. Please contact us for assistance. 

However, we are unable to modify or cancel any other fabric orders (Including Bulk Orders). We're really quick at notifying our vendors which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method. Once the fabric is cut, we unfortunately are not able to modify or cancel the order. PRICING

Prices in the product page are all excluding Sales Taxes/VAT & Duties. Shipping charges will be displayed in the checkout page once you fill in the full address of the order. For more information about Taxes & Duties and Shipping Rates, please check out our Shipping page.

Discounts are automatically applied when you order more yardages. You will see the tiered discount rates under each product page. Please note that tiered discount only applies for the exact SKU, mixing colors for the same item cannot be used for tiered discounts.

If you anticipate placing a bulk order or having numerous large orders, you may be eligible for a bigger discount if you order even more than what is listed. To obtain a quotation, please email us at info@yardblox.com, including the shipping destination, product code (SKU) and the quantity in yards and our team will get back to you within 2 business days.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards from customers in every country. You may pay your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL. For orders exceed a certain payment threshold, we can also accept bank transfers. Please contact us and we will be able to process your order manually and issue a commercial invoice with our bank details. We do not currently offer a layaway plan at this stage.

 

DISCLAIMER

1. Yardblox reserves the right to refuse any order, regardless of the reason and free from liability for any damages or costs. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even when it has been accepted or confirmed) in the following situations: 

• The information contained on the invoice is not correct or verifiable.
• The order is flagged by the website security systems as an incorrect or irregular order, or an order likely to be fraudulent.
• The payment was not received after order acceptance.
• It was not possible to deliver the order to the address provided.
• The client is deemed incapable of performing the purchase.
• The price of the product(s) was incorrectly advertised.

2. Prices of the products displayed on the website are subject to change. Yardblox reserves the right to change prices without any notice.

3. Although we take every step possible for our products to be displayed accurately on this website, it is possible that the product information contains errors. We always encourage ordering swatches and sample yardages first to see and test the fabric by yourself. Yardblox does NOT warrant that product descriptions or other content is complete, current, or error-free.
