FABRIC SWATCH ORDERS

Every customer is eligible to order up to 6 free fabric swatches per month. We highly recommend ordering swatches before making a fabric purchase to ensure the perfect match in color, texture, weight, and stretch. Swatches are free; you only need to cover shipping costs.

  • You will sometimes receive 1 larger hand-feel sample in a random color
  • Plus 1 small color swatch that you selected

*Fabric Hand-feel samples may not match the requested swatch color, the swatch is to allow you to see the true color whilst the hand-feel sample to check the drape, texture and feel of the fabric.

Why do I need to order fabric swatches?  

  • Color Accuracy: Monitors and lighting can alter the appearance, so swatches help you see the true fabric color.
  • Informed Decisions: Compare materials for texture, drape, and stretch.

Staying Connected After Swatch Orders

Our swatch program is designed to help you find the right fabrics for your projects. To keep it fair and helpful for everyone, we ask that customers share feedback or next steps after receiving their samples.

If two consecutive swatch orders are placed without any feedback or fabric selections, your swatch access will be temporarily disabled. You can simply contact us anytime — we’ll be happy to assist with personalized sourcing and reactivate your access.

Our goal is to ensure each sample brings you closer to finding the perfect fabric match.

ABRIC ORDERS

Order fashion fabrics from as little as 1 yard. Whether you're sourcing fabrics for sample yardage or bulk production order, we offer a wide range of fashion fabrics in-stock.  Occasionally if a product isn’t available, it may take time to produce a new batch.

Processing times vary:

  • In-stock items: 3 business days
  • Re-ordered items: 7 business days
  • Bulk orders: Varies by order

If the item can't be reproduced, we will offer a replacement or refund for the unavailable product. Yardblox processes orders quickly, so fabric orders can't be modified or cancelled once it's been cut.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

We strive to accommodate your requests, but not all orders can be changed or canceled. Swatch orders may be modified or canceled if they haven't been shipped or scheduled. Please contact us for assistance.

However, fabric orders, including bulk orders, cannot be changed once placed. Due to our fast processing, we’re unable to modify delivery options, addresses, or payment methods after the order is submitted. Once fabric is cut, the order cannot be canceled or changed. PRICING

Pricing are listed on each product page.  For sample yardage, please see pricing listed as 'By Yard' and for wholesale pricing, refer to the pricing listed as 'By Roll'.  Find out more about wholesale minimums & pricing.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for larger orders. As an international fabric store, all payments are required upfront. Unfortunately, we do not offer deferred payment terms, such as 50% upfront and 50% after 30 days, due to the legal guarantees involved in international transactions. To offer such terms, both we and the client would need to secure a letter of credit (LC), which adds additional complexity. We also do not offer layaway options at this time.


DISCLAIMER

1. Yardblox reserves the right to refuse any order, regardless of the reason and free from liability for any damages or costs. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (even when it has been accepted or confirmed) in the following situations: 

  • The information contained on the invoice is not correct or verifiable.
  • The order is flagged by the website security systems as an incorrect or irregular order, or an order likely to be fraudulent.
  • The payment was not received after order acceptance.
  • It was not possible to deliver the order to the address provided.
  • The client is deemed incapable of performing the purchase.
  • The price of the product(s) was incorrectly advertised.


2. Prices of the products displayed on the website are subject to change. Yardblox reserves the right to change prices without any notice.

3. Although we take every step possible for our products to be displayed accurately on this website, it is possible that the product information contains errors. We always encourage ordering swatches and sample yardages first to see and test the fabric by yourself. Yardblox does NOT warrant that product descriptions or other content is complete, current, or error-free.
