We’re an online fabric store based in Hong Kong with warehouses across Asia. Most orders ship by air directly from our Asia-based facilities.

We currently offer flat rate shipping for all orders including bulk and roll orders.

Lead Time
For standard delivery, the estimated shipping time is typically between 2 - 3 weeks from your order date. For more precise delivery estimates, please refer to the shipping information provided in the product page to see estimated delivery dates to your destination country.
For expedited delivery, the estimated shipping time is typically between 1 - 2 weeks from your order date.
Please note, once dispatched, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Yardblox is NOT responsible for any failure or delay in the delivery process. Additionally, Yardblox is NOT accountable for weather-related or pandemic restrictions delays.
Lost & Stolen
If your order has been marked as delivered, and you cannot find the package, please contact us and the carrier asap. We will start a formal investigation, which can take up to 30 days.
Unattended Shipments
If you're not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman. Undeliverable packages may be subject to a re-delivery fee. You are responsible for immediately responding to calls and emails from the courier service and Yardblox. If the shipment is unattended by the receiver, the parcel will be discarded. In other words, the parcel will not be sent back to Yardblox and will be wasted.
Invalid or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders with invalid, incomplete, or incorrect addresses.
If a parcel is marked undeliverable due to an address issue, we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to re-route it only if the package has not yet been delivered. However, successful redelivery cannot be guaranteed, and additional shipping costs may apply.
Holidays & Peak Season Delays
During the holiday and peak seasons, standard delivery may take up to one month or more from the order date to arrival. If you require expedited shipping to receive your order on time, please contact us in advance. Yardblox is unable to process refunds for delays caused by courier services.
Christmas Season Notice: Orders may be impacted from late November through the end of December.
International Shipping & Import Taxes
🇺🇸 For U.S. Customers
No need to worry all orders to the U.S. ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means all taxes and duties are already included, and there will beno surprise fees when your package arrives. We've made sure shipping to the U.S. is seamless and hassle-free.
