Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Custom-Made and Cut-to-Size Goods)

Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Because all products in our catalog are custom cut-to-size based on your specific measurements and inputs, you do not have a legal right to change your mind, cancel your order, or return the goods once production or cutting has commenced.

Please ensure all measurements, dimensions, and specifications are thoroughly checked and verified before finalizing your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for buyer errors in dimensions.
