Our team will recommend the best method based on volume, fabric type, and urgency.
đŚ Duties & Taxes
We offer two international shipping options for wholesale:
1. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
- Duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee
- We handle all paperwork and payments at customs
- A small DDP surcharge is added to ensure there are no surprises
- â Recommended â especially if you're unsure about local customs rates
2. DAP (Delivered At Place)
- You (the customer) will pay duties and taxes upon delivery
- We provide all required customs paperwork and support
- Customs may charge additional handling or clearance fees
đŹ Customs decisions vary by country. We canât guarantee duty estimates, but weâre happy to share what weâve seen in the past.
𧞠Custom Clearance Support
Our team is always available to help you navigate customs and clearance especially if you choose the DAP route.
Weâll provide:
- Commercial invoice
- Packing list
However, final duties are determined by your local customs authority, and unfortunately, we can't give a guaranteed estimate. This is why we usually recommend the DDP option to avoid delays or surprise charges.
đ Express Shipping (Urgent Orders)
Need fabric fast?
We can arrange express shipping via FedEx or UPS.
- This method is always DAP, meaning the buyer pays customs duties upon arrival
- Typically arrives in 3â5 business days depending on destination
- Ideal for urgent restocks or quick sample development
Our team will support you with documents and customs inquiries throughout.
đ How Fabrics Are Shipped
We ship fabrics in two formats depending on your fabric type, volume, and needs:
1. On the Roll
- Most common for full production orders
- Best for fabrics that crease easily or have high structure
2. Folded in Carton Box
- Used for small bulk orders or when rolling is not required
- Some fabrics may be folded and then rolled (for easier packing)
đ If you have a specific packing preference, please let our team know when placing your order.
đ Production Lead Time
Typical shipping timeframe:
- In-stock styles by air: 2â3 weeks after order confirmation
- Reproduction or custom fabrics: Longer lead time, based on mill schedule and dyeing process
Our team will always inform you:
- If the fabric is in-stock or in production
- Estimated dispatch date
- When to expect delivery
We aim to make the entire experience predictable, even when timelines vary.
